final presentation-introduce a food from one country to another country.

這門選修課算是我認為目前上過所有的課目中相當有趣的,課程從一開始的各國文化飲食習慣研究設計,接著到工具設計,市場導入,最後的跨國引進等等,課程輕鬆有趣,認識了不少異國的飲食文化,譬如說荷蘭人對吃東西的態度是效率,早餐中餐都是麵包方便同時進食跟開會,晚餐則是以簡便烹調為主,偏好多功能實用性的工具,換言之就是懶惰。

Food design is one of the funnest course in my study. It starts with cultures, rituals,  tools, market and how to introduce new product from other country. Via this course let me know vary cultures, for instance the Dutch, they have bread and sandwich as breakfast and lunch due to efficiency. They can have lunch and meeting together. For dinner, they prefer easy cooking and they love multi-functions tools. In other words, they are lazy.
